Processing Time:
- All final orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Custom orders may take additional time based on the complexity of the design and fabric availability.
- For MOQ 1, processing time is 7 days.
- For MOQ 25, processing time 2 weeks.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Next-day delivery in stock items.
Our Shipping Carriers: Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, and UPS
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order size, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount (conditions may apply).
International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping for customers outside Canada and the USA. International shipping charges will vary depending on the destination. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to keep you updated on its progress.
Return
Policy
Returns Eligibility:
- Standard Orders: Returns can be made within 3 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Customized Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders (embroidery, printing, logo placement, etc.), they are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [[email protected]]. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide a return label and further instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges:
- If you need a different size or color, we can process an exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship out the replacement item as per your request.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team [email protected] immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund, as preferred.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that are worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized items (embroidered or printed logos) are final sale unless there is an error on our part.
