Design Consultation

Our journey begins with an in-depth design consultation. In this in-person meeting at our In House facility, we take the time to understand your vision. We discuss your design concepts, break them down into detailed specifications, and lay the groundwork for your garment’s development. After the consultation, our team gets to work while you await your first fitting.

2

Sourcing Materials

Next, we gather the perfect materials to bring your designs to life. This includes selecting the right fabrics and notions, guided by the details we discussed during your consultation. Our careful sourcing ensures your garments meet your quality expectations.

3

Pattern Drafting

Using the insights from your consultation, we digitally draft patterns to ensure your garments’ fit and function align with your vision. By leveraging advanced software, we minimize waste and maximize efficiency, delivering precise results every time.

4

First Sample

The first tangible step of your design comes to life as we construct your initial fit sample, often referred to as a “muslin.” This prototype allows us to test and confirm that the garment fits your expectations.

5

First Fitting

During your first fitting at In House, you’ll try on the muslin to assess its fit and feel. This session provides an opportunity to make adjustments and refine the garment to match your vision before moving to the final sample.

6

Final Sample

With the adjustments from your first fitting applied, we construct the final sample, complete with all the finishing touches and intricate details that bring your garment to life. This sample sets the standard for your final product.

7

Spec Pack

Once your final sample is approved, we create a comprehensive spec pack. This digital blueprint includes every detail and specification of your garment, making it easy to communicate with manufacturers. With an industry-grade spec pack, any production facility can replicate your garment to perfection.

8

Pattern Grading

We develop a detailed sizing guide to ensure consistency across all sizes of your garment. Pattern grading guarantees a perfect fit for every size in your collection.

9

Manufacturing

With your design finalized, it’s time to discuss bulk production. Together, we outline the specifics of your project and finalize the details. Once the invoice is approved and the retainer is paid, our team begins the manufacturing process, delivering high-quality results at scale.
